TEN Coordinator interviewed by CBC Radio

Tourism Excellence North was recently given an opportunity to speak with CBC radio. TEN’s coordinator, Karen Peacock, did an excellent job at representing TEN, and informing listeners about the program and upcoming workshops. Karen described the goals of the program regarding training and development efforts intended to improve quality of products, enhance visitor experiences, and contribute to a healthy bottom line. The interview was a great opportunity for encouraging listeners to register for two upcoming workshops that are quickly approaching.
